Lawyer's Aid Service, Inc. opened in 1980 to assist attorneys throughout Texas in forming new companies, from creating and filing the formation documents at the state offices to providing services such as retrieving state agency documents creating company outfits, and obtaining Federal EINs.

The work you'll do
Those who succeed best at Lawyer's Aid work enjoy detail-oriented work, helping people over the phone, solving problems, and being accurate. In particular, if you're a person who wants a career in the administrative paralegal area or who simply loves medium-paced and fast-paced office work, we're eager to receive your application.
You'll receive training based on detailed reference guides, starting with the basics and moving up at your own pace.
Most of our staff members are paralegal clerks who email, fax, photocopy, file, and, most importantly, take orders from attorney clients who call in. No sales work is involved.
Our workplace is a floor of ten offices, each with a large window and its own bathroom. You'll be sharing an office with only 1-2 other people, but our staff moves between offices throughout the day, dependent upon the task at hand. The atmosphere is positive and collaborative.
